Auto repair in the United States is split between independent shops, dealership service departments and national chains. Independents handle most routine work (oil changes, brakes, tune-ups, check-engine diagnostics) at lower labor rates and often specialize in one make or in imports; dealers keep factory tools, software and warranty authority; chains sell speed and standard pricing on maintenance items. Most shops charge a diagnostic fee, credited toward the repair if you go ahead, and quote parts and labor separately. Certification matters: look for ASE-certified technicians and, in many states, a state repair license posted at the counter. Written estimates are required by law in most states before work begins, and you are entitled to your old parts if you ask.

The business lists hours on 5 days of the week. On most of those days it is open 8 am–5 pm. It is closed on Saturday, Sunday. Denton is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Denton follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

My neighbor told me about this shop as I was having issues with my ac in my Range Rover. I took it in, they found the problem & fixed it. A few days later my ac was blowing hot air again. Me & my husband took it back in. They found out there was another problem that they may have overlooked the first time. They fixed it & did not charge us since we had to bring it right back in. What a blessing!!! What a breath of fresh air in a world where so many are trying to take advantage of others. I can honestly say that they exceeded my expectations. I have already recommended them to a coworker. Their integrity has earned them a repeat customer. 5 stars are not enough. They are truly 10/10!

The shop is decent on price, but lacks in other areas. Ive spent over $6,500 here and called to see if they could help with a radiator fan that went bad which they replaced for me 1 year and 7 dqys ago, and the owner couldn’t tell me over the phone that they’d warranty the work because technically its 7 days outside the 1 year warranty. He wanted me to bring it in and i told him your shop isn’t convenient for me to go to which is why I am calling to get an idea on how you’ll approach this issue for me. I was hoping he could give me at least a good faith “yea we will take care of you and help you out on cost” given the circumstances, but no, he just kept saying I can’t tell you anything unless you bring the car in for us to look at.

I was hesitant about taking my vehicle anywhere else other than the Mercedes benz dealership but I’m glad I stumbled across this place. The customer service was good, the lobby was clean and comfortable. I will definitely be returning! Thank you guys so much!

I have been in the automotive repair business for 30 years and live in Colorado and sent my daughter who lives in Denton to Denton European with her Volkswagen Tiguan and they Absolutely gave her the Ritz Carlton experience and went over and beyond to make sure her car was repaired correctly. We will be back for all of our needs. Thank you so much, Matt.

I live 3+ hours away from Denton Texas. I was looking to buy a car online and found a good option located near their shop. So I scheduled a Pre Purchase Inspection with Matt, who was super helpful and easy going. Car seemed good other than valve cover leak and wiring issue so I bought it from the dealer and authorized serviced with Denton European immediately. They went above and beyond on the service and were very fast. Highly recommend.
